What you'll do
N

- Take scheduled calls with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling — every lead comes to you through our ads)
N
- Understand the client'shealth journey and recommend the right program for her
N
- Run structured consultation calls of 45–60 minutes
N
- Follow up, handle objections, and collect payments
N
- Maintain accurate CRM entries and daily reporting
N
- Attend the 10 AM team meeting and ongoing sales training
N

What we're looking for

- No prior experience required — we train you completely from scratch
N
- Fluent Hindi + comfortable English
N
- Strong communication and genuine empathy — our clients are women who've struggled with their health for years
N
- Coachable attitude and willingness to take feedback daily
N
- Laptop, stable internet, quiet space for calls
N
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule, 6 days a week

Earnings

- Fixed: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month
N
- Incentive: tiered commission from 7.5% up to 12% on collections
N
- Weekly bounty: ₹10,000 for the first closer to collect ₹1.5L in a week
N
- Monthly bounty: ₹30,000 on hitting the ₹8L milestone

How ₹1 lakh works: a closer collecting ₹6L in a month at the 12% slab earns ₹72,000 in commission + fixed ₹25,000 = ₹97,000+, before bounties. Our top performers cross this. Earnings are performance-linked and uncapped.
