United Freight Logistics (UFL) is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

? Position: Business Development Executive

Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Location: Gurgaon

Joining: Immediate

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US logistics/freight industry.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other business channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable logistics solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/client information.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

? Candidate Profile
- Experience in Business Development / Sales / International BPO / US Sales preferred.
- Candidates with international BPO or US market experience will be given preference.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable convincing, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working in the US shift.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
