nJob Requirements:

nThe associate must have following skills and experiences:
n
- n
- Should have experience of more than 3 years in SAP-HRn
nwith minimum one SAP implementation and one
nS/4HANA migration projects.
n
- n
- Should have knowledge in preparing:n
na) AS-IS documentation
nb) Blueprint documents
nc) Test cases and results
nd) User manuals
n
- n
- Should have configuration knowledge in SAP HCM modules.n
- Ability to guide developers for customization.n
- Implementation knowledge in SAP HCM on HANA(H4S4) and in SAP payroll.n
- Knowledge of Fiori elements and touchpoints with HCM module.n
- Basic debugging knowledge in standard/custom SAP ABAP programs.n
- Robust communication skills to lead customer discussions.n
