Role Description
This is a
full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha
for a
Tele Sales Executive .
The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining TPI PAY's digital payment solutions, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into customers.
The candidate will also maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions and coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
This role is suitable for
fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior tele-sales or sales experience
who have strong communication skills and a target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Introduce and explain TPI PAY's digital payment products and services.

Generate new leads through calling and other assigned channels.
