Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Planning, Order management, Maintenance, Costing, and manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions while working closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oracle Fusion SCM implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Configure and support Planning /Manufacturing/Maintenance/Costing/Order Management modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure and customize SCM modules as per business needs
- Prepare BRD, FRD, MD050, MD070 documents
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), test scripts, and user training materials
- Support UAT, CRP, SIT , and post-go-live activities
- Provide production support and resolve functional issues within defined SLAs
- Coordinate with technical teams for reports, integrations,
and data migrations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM
- Robust functional knowledge of:
- Planning (Demand & Supply Planning)
- Costing / Cost Accounting
- Manufacturing
- Maintenance
- Order Management
- Experience in end-to-end implementation and/or support projects
- Understanding of SCM master data, transaction flows, and costing structures
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Fusion SCM certification is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution domains
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud upgrades and quarterly releases
- Basic knowledge of OTBI / BI Publisher reports
