Role Overview:
We are looking for a

Principal Technical Consultant

with solid expertise in

solution architecture, Java engineering, enterprise integration, cloud technologies, and client-facing technical consulting .
The role combines

Architecture, Engineering, Integration, Consulting, and Client Leadership . You will work with technology organizations of major financial institutions to design and deliver solutions across complex banking ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical solution design for complex banking implementations.
Translate business and banking requirements into scalable technical architectures.
Design integrations across

core banking systems, APIs, event platforms, data platforms, and cloud services .
Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and design reviews with clients.




Guide implementation using

Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, and PostgreSQL .
Advise clients on integration patterns, scalability, resilience, and cloud architecture.
Troubleshoot complex distributed-system and production issues.
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams.
Develop reusable implementation patterns and technical accelerators.
Mentor technical consultants and raise engineering standards.
