nWe are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with robust expertise in SQL and hands-on experience in Workiva (WDesk/Wdata). The role involves analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

nKey Responsibilities:-

- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insightsn
- Utilize Workiva WDesk/Wdata for data management and reportingn
- Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysisn
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver insightsn
- Create dashboards and reports for effective data visualizationn




- Ensure data accuracy through regular quality checksn
- Support development of data models and analytical frameworksn
- Provide training and guidance on data tools and methodologiesn

nMandatory Skills:-

- Strong proficiency in SQL (deal breaker)n
- Experience with Workiva WDesk/Wdatan
- Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insightsn
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsn
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)n

nPreferred Skills:-

- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar toolsn
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modelingn
- Hands-on experience with Python or Rn
- Experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics rolesn

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fieldn
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in data analysisn
