Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced

Senior Manager – Banking Backend Operations

to lead and manage large-scale banking operations for US clients. The role requires solid leadership capabilities, operational governance expertise, and the ability to drive efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction across multiple teams and processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in

banking operations, BPO/outsourcing environments, process optimization, and stakeholder management , with a proven track record of managing multiple teams and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Delivery Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of

banking backend operations

ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
Manage

multiple teams and team leaders

handling high-volume banking processes.
Monitor daily operations, productivity, turnaround times, and accuracy levels.
Drive

operational efficiency, process stabilization,



and continuous improvement initiatives .
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the

primary operations contact for client stakeholders .
Lead governance calls, performance reviews, and operational updates with clients.
Ensure strong alignment between

client expectations and operational delivery .
Quality & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to

banking compliance, regulatory guidelines, and risk frameworks .
Drive

quality improvement initiatives , root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
Maintain strong controls to ensure

data confidentiality and process accuracy .
People Leadership
Manage and mentor

multiple team leaders and large operations teams .
Drive performance management, coaching, and employee development initiatives.
Ensure strong engagement and retention within teams working in

US shift operations .
