Business Development Executive

based in Faridabad.
The role is focused on

new business acquisition and revenue generation

for Stalline Media. The Business Development Executive will identify prospects, generate qualified leads, build a strong sales pipeline, conduct outreach, schedule meetings, pitch solutions, negotiate, and close deals.
The role will focus on acquiring

media sponsorships, personal branding clients, and Brand IP clients

while building long-term relationships with brands, founders, and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, and other outbound channels.
Identify brands, founders,



and businesses that are relevant to Stalline Media's offerings.
Pitch and sell media sponsorships, personal branding, content, and Brand IP solutions.
Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Prepare proposals and follow up consistently until closure.
Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline.
Build solid relationships with brands, founders, and marketing decision-makers.
Track sales activities, pipeline, conversions, and revenue performance.
Work closely with internal content, marketing, and operations teams to deliver solutions aligned with client requirements.
Take ownership of monthly revenue targets and business development outcomes.
Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in

Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a related role .
Strong lead generation and prospecting skills.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Comfortable with cold
