Responsibilities

- Understand product requirements and develop suitable hardware solutions.
- Design and develop Analog, Digital and Mixed-Signal circuits.
- Work with firmware/software teams for hardware-software integration.
- Perform prototype testing, validation, debugging and troubleshooting.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers.
- Ensure project deliverables meet Time, Cost and Quality requirements.
- Support design reviews and guide junior engineers where required.

Qualifications

- BE/B.Tech – ECE, EEE, Electronics or equivalent.

Experience

- 3–12 years in Electronics Hardware Design & Development, preferably in Defence / Industrial / Rail / Healthcare / Retail Automation / Embedded Electronics.

Technical & Process Capabilities




- Hands-on experience in Analog, Digital & Mixed-Signal circuit design.

•ORCAD schematic/layout and circuit simulation.

•Microcontrollers, FPGA, Discrete & Analog I/O.

•Communication protocols: SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, RS-232/485, USB, Ethernet.

•Knowledge of PCB design, hardware testing and debugging.

•Familiarity with DFM, component selection, suppliers and manufacturing processes.

•Knowledge of reliability, thermal management and EMI/EMC.

•Experience with electronic measurement instruments.

•miliarity with MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, JSS 55555, IEC/EN and FCC is desirable.
