Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children with speech, language, and communication disorders in an on-site setting located in Hyderabad. This full-time role involves conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based speech therapy sessions.

The Speech Language

Pathologist will collaborate with occupational therapists, behavioral therapists, psychologists, and educators to ensure coordinated care. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring progress, adjusting interventions,



and communicating with families and caregivers about goals and home-based strategies. The role also includes participation in team meetings, contributing to school readiness programs, and engaging in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention.
- Candidates should possess skills in diagnosing and managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
- Candidates should possess knowledge and skills in assessing and treating Dysphagia.
- Relevant master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent skilled qualification, with valid registration or licensure as required.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in clinical, school, or center-based settings is preferred.
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans, document clinical findings, and track outcomes effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and engage families in therapy goals.
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and ongoing learning in evidence-based speech and language interventions.
