Summary (Actuarial)
The role is for an experienced non-life actuarial qualified with prior work experience in the IF/ Ind AS 117 implementation, preferably in the Indian non-life insurance industry. You will be providing high-quality consulting and technical services to our clients both in India and overseas. The role offers the opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, growing consulting team focused on solving challenging problems through collaboration and team effort.
Focusing on non-life insurance, you will be involved in managing, working on, and engaging with clients for actuarial consulting projects across multiple streams such as IFimplementation assurance,
audit reviews, MA due diligence, staff augmentation etc. You will also be involved in designing new propositions for actuarial services to be offered to clients in the insurance industry and beyond.
Expertise
- Thorough understanding of non-life insurance products, Indian statutory requirements, shareholder reporting
- Preferably, expertise in one or more of: reserving, pricing and product development, automation of actuarial processes
- Ability to manage projects and resources
- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders in client entities etc.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Working knowledge of Python and / or VBA preferred
