Key Responsibilities





• Manage and administer large-scale Oracle database environments

- Perform Oracle Exadata, RAC, ASM and Data Guard administration
- Manage RMAN backup, recovery and restoration activities
- Handle database patching, upgrades and migrations
- Manage Oracle GoldenGate replication environments
- Monitor database health and performance using OEM
- Perform database performance tuning and optimization
- Plan and execute Disaster Recovery testing and activities
- Troubleshoot critical production database issues
- Handle Incident, Problem and Change Management as per ITIL processes
- Support database availability, reliability and capacity requirements
- Participate in crisis management and global production support activities
- Identify opportunities for database automation and operational improvements
