We are looking for passionate Speech Therapists who can deliver patient-centric therapy and contribute to improving communication and quality of life for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessment and evaluation of speech, language, communication and related disorders.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs and clinical assessment.
- Conduct regular one-on-one speech and language therapy sessions for children and adults.
- Work on articulation, language development, fluency, voice, communication and other speech-related concerns.
- Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans wherever required.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, assessment reports and therapy documentation.
- Counsel and educate parents, caregivers and patients regarding therapy plans and home-based activities.
- Collaborate with audiologists,



ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
- Ensure a high standard of patient experience, clinical ethics and professional conduct.
- Participate in awareness activities, camps and other clinical initiatives conducted by Soft Hear.

Eligibility & Skills
- BASLP / MASLP / MSc in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institute.
- RCI registration preferred/required as applicable.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient and professional approach towards patients and families.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
