ABOUT THE ROLE

Cuemath is a global math learning platform on a mission to make every child MathFit. We work with 4000+ tutors teaching students across 80+ countries. How a tutor feels about being part of this community shapes how they teach, how long they stay, and how many others they bring in and a large part of that comes down to the communication they receive from us.

This role owns that communication. You will design the creatives, publish them on schedule across our app and community groups, coordinate our community sessions and the monthly recognition programme, and keep a close read on how the community is feeling. It is a hands-on execution role for someone with an eye for design who takes deadlines personally.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Creatives and design — design the visuals for community posts, messages and campaigns, based on what is planned for the month. On brand, every time.
- Newsletter — collect the inputs, put the monthly newsletter together, and get it out on schedule.
- Delivery on schedule — every item on the content calendar goes live on its committed date, across the app and community groups.
- Community sentiment — read the community groups every week and hold a clear picture of how tutors are feeling, so shifts are caught early.




- Session coordination — coordinate the daily community sessions and the monthly recognition programme: scheduling, invites, reminders, materials, attendance and follow-up.
- Campaigns and announcements — take community campaigns and announcements to every channel on plan, and follow queries through until they are closed.
- Data and reporting — pull engagement, survey and attendance numbers, check them, and share clean weekly reporting.

MUST-HAVES

- Design — strong design sense and hands-on with design tools. Can produce a clean, on-brand creative independently.
- Communication — clear written English, and comfortable writing for a large audience.
- Math background — this is a math company. Graduation in Math, Engineering, or a STEM discipline, with strong math knowledge.
- Community experience at scale — has handled engagement or communication for a large community.
- Operations discipline — works to a calendar, plans backwards from a deadline, and flags risks early.
- Data comfort — spreadsheets, cross-checking, and basic reporting.
- AI tools — actively uses AI in day-to-day work and picks up recent tools quickly.
