About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Sourcing Specialist to drive high-volume hiring of delivery riders, drivers, and frontline workforce across Phox Health’s operating clusters.

This is an execution-focused role suited for someone who understands blue-collar/frontline recruitment, local talent markets, and high-volume hiring, and is comfortable working closely with Operations teams and on-ground hiring channels.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end sourcing and onboarding of delivery riders, drivers, and frontline workforce
- Independently drive weekly and monthly hiring targets within defined TAT and cost targets
- Build and manage multiple sourcing channels including referrals, field sourcing, local communities, digital platforms, recruitment agencies, and other relevant channels
- Conduct on-ground hiring drives and identify high-potential sourcing locations
- Work closely with Operations and city Managers to understand manpower requirements,



demand forecasts, attrition replacement needs, and hiring priorities
- Provide regular updates and insights on hiring progress, pipeline health, conversion metrics, and sourcing performance

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in field recruitment, blue-collar hiring, high-volume recruitment, or frontline/last-mile workforce sourcing
- Experience hiring delivery riders, drivers, gig workers, warehouse staff, or other frontline workforce is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of local talent markets and sourcing channels
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with Operations and Area Managers
- Fluency in relevant local language(s) along with English/Hindi as required
- Experience hiring in quick-commerce, food delivery, logistics, ride-hailing, healthcare delivery, or other last-mile businesses
