Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.

/n

1. Prepare detailed working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and execution details using AutoCAD.

/n

1. Create 3D models and high-quality renders using Sketch Up and V-Ray.

/n

1. Develop mood boards, material palettes, and furniture selections in line with the design vision.

/n

1. Assist in preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantities), specifications, and project documentation.

/n

1. Participate in client meetings, take design briefs, and support design presentations.

/n

1. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Assist with material selection as required.

1. Ensure drawings and documentation are updated throughout the design and execution process.

1. Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and construction techniques.

Qualifications Required:

/n

/n

/n

- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field.

/n

- Proven work experience as an Interior Designer, with a solid portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic and technical skills.

/n

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3DS Max, V ray, Enscape, Corona and other design software.

/n

- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and finishes.

/n

- Strong creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

/n

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
