We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented BDM - Business Development Manager / Inside Sales team to join our growing ERP Sales team.

Location: Hyderabad - Hitech City - Mind Space
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month + Attractive Performance Based Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate ERP sales leads
- Introduce and explain ERP to prospects
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads
- Schedule ERP product demos and business meetings
- Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
- Manage and update CRM records, follow-ups, and lead status
- Coordinate with the Business Development & Sales team
- Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales-support targets

CANDIDATE PROFILE




✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Good English + Telugu communication; Hindi is an advantage
✅ Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
✅ Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel & MS Office
✅ Good convincing and follow-up skills
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Target-oriented and interested in building a career in IT / ERP Sales
