We’re looking for a

Junior Client Servicing Executive

to support day-to-day client communication and project coordination at our creative agency.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients on Whats App, email and calls
Understand requirements and collect content/assets
Coordinate with designers and other team members
Follow up on tasks, deadlines and revisions
Share client feedback with the team
Keep clients updated on project progress

Maintain project trackers

Requirements
0–1 year experience
Agency experience preferred
Positive communication and follow-up skills
Basic understanding of branding, social media and digital marketing
Comfortable with Google Sheets/Docs/Canva

Organised, responsible and willing to learn

Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
