Job Summary
/n
We are looking for a skilled Workday Integration Consultant to join our Pune team. You will design, develop, and implement Workday integrations for HCM, Payroll, and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Build and deploy integrations using Core Connectors, CCB, EIB, Workday Studio, and PECI/PICOF.
/n
- Analyze requirements, design inbound/outbound integrations, and handle transformations (e.g., XSLT).
/n
- Develop integrations using APIs, RaaS, and custom reports.
/n
- Troubleshoot issues, provide production support, and perform testing (unit, SIT, UAT).
/n
- Collaborate with stakeholders, document designs, and follow Workday best practices.
/n

/n
Must-Have Skills
/n
/n
- 3–8 years of hands-on Workday Integrations experience.
/n
- Expertise in: Core Connectors (including CCW), CCB, EIB, Workday Studio, PECI/PICOF.
/n
- Strong knowledge of Workday data models, security, XML/XSLT, APIs, and RaaS.
/n
- Excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills.
/n
- Workday Integration certification preferred.
/n
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
/n

Nice-to-Have Skills
/n
/n
- Experience with Workday Orchestrate for event-driven integrations.
/n
/n
/n
