Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and customization within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques in integration workflows.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements in software integration.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
