nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a CTO to lead the technology strategy and build a scalable digital and technology infrastructure for a rapidly expanding luxury retail business.
nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Own ERP, POS, RFID and retail technology across all locations.n
- Drive digital commerce, BI, analytics and CRM technology.n
- Lead cybersecurity, data governance and DPDP compliance.n
- Develop and execute the 3-year technology roadmap.n
- Drive systems integration, technology adoption and automation.n
- Manage technology vendors, budgets and service levels.n
- Build and lead the technology team.n





nIdeal Profile

- n
- 12–18 years in technology leadership, with 4+ years as CTO/CIO/Technology Head.n
- Strong retail technology, ERP, POS and inventory systems experience.n
- Exposure to RFID, digital commerce, BI/analytics and CRM preferred.n
- Robust understanding of cybersecurity, data governance and DPDP compliance.n
- Experience managing multi-location retail technology environments.n

nStrong technology strategy, vendor management and build-vs-buy expertise.
