- ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVEn

nThis role is responsible for supporting HR IT Operations by managing and enhancing HRMS processes, developing Amplify scripts, analysing system data, and resolving day-to-day HRMS queries. The incumbent will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and configure custom workflows, forms, and process automation within the HRMS platform.

- The role also involves providing functional support and basic training to stakeholders on HRMS modules, ensuring effective system adoption and user experience. Additionally, the position requires a foundational understanding of Python scripting to support automation, Integratuon and Amplify scripting.n

- Support and maintain HR IT Operations and HRMS applications.n
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Amplify scripts.n
- Analyse HRMS data and generate reports as required.n
- Resolve daily HRMS user queries and system-related issues.n
- Create and configure custom workflows based on business requirements.n
- Conduct basic user training and knowledge-sharing sessions on HRMS modules.n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.n
- Possess a basic understanding of Python scripts and automation concepts.n
