Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Surat. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and producing detailed drawings that align with project requirements and budgets. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, selecting finishes and FF&E;, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and preparing presentations and mood boards for client reviews. The role involves regular site visits, monitoring implementation quality, and addressing design-related queries during construction.



The Interior Designer will collaborate with the studio team to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet design and functional objectives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Interior Design and Space Planning for residential and/or commercial projects.
- Understanding of Architecture principles and integration of interior concepts with overall building design.
- Ability to create detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for execution and approvals.
- Experience in FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and materials.
- Proficiency in design software (e.G., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Strong visual communication skills, including concept development, mood boards, and client presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in office.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with relevant studio or site experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, contractors, and suppliers, and communicate clearly with clients.
