Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to the Projects and Technical teams for solar PV repowering, modification, alteration, upgrade and improvement projects.

- Analyse existing solar PV system configurations, site information, electrical drawings and technical documentation to understand existing systems and identify requirements for proposed alterations.

- Carry out technical and electrical calculations, design workings, system configuration assessments and other project-related analysis as required.

- Assist in developing and evaluating practical technical solutions and recommendations for modifications, alterations and repowering of existing solar PV systems.

- Support the Projects team in assessing different options and determining suitable technical approaches considering existing system configuration, equipment, electrical requirements and site conditions.

- Prepare, modify and update AutoCAD drawings, SLDs, PV layouts, electrical layouts and other technical drawings to reflect proposed or completed alterations.

- Review existing and as-built drawings and incorporate required modifications into updated designs and project documentation.

- Assist with the preparation of technical proposals, calculations, design documentation, reports and other project deliverables.

- Work closely with the Technical &
- Quality Manager and Projects team

to develop and review technical solutions, calculations, drawings and other project deliverables.

- Assist with reviewing PV system performance, plant information and electrical data where required to support technical analysis and project decision-making.

- Check calculations, drawings and technical documentation for accuracy, consistency and completeness.

- Maintain appropriate drawing revisions,



design records and technical documentation.

- Complete assigned technical and project tasks within agreed timescales and to the required quality standards.

- Undertake other technical, design, analysis and project-related activities as reasonably required by the Projects team or Technical &

- Quality Manager.

- Work in accordance with the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) and support the organisation's Quality, Health &

- Safety and Environmental objectives.

- Skills:

- 3–5 years' relevant experience in a technical role within the solar PV industry, with sound practical knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical configurations.

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical &

- Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering or a related technical discipline.

- Good understanding of solar PV system design, electrical systems and equipment, with the ability to carry out technical calculations and develop practical solutions.

- Ability to analyse existing system designs and develop technical recommendations for alterations, upgrades and repowering works.

- Experience with AutoCAD and preparation/modification of SLDs and other technical drawings would be an advantage.

- Knowledge of PV design software such as PVsyst or similar would be an advantage.

- Experience in utility-scale solar PV projects, particularly repowering, retrofit, alteration or upgrade projects, would be an advantage.

- Fluency in written and spoken English, with positive communication and teamwork skills.

- Attention to detail, self-driven and able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
