Role Description The Software Test Engineer (Intern) is a full-time remote role focused on ensuring the reliability and quality of Pixoate’s AI-powered visual platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing test cases, performing functional and regression testing, and documenting test results with clear issue reports. The intern will work closely with software developers to understand new features, participate in test planning,



and help refine test coverage for web-based and API-driven components.

This role also involves reproducing and validating reported issues, contributing to test documentation, and supporting continuous improvement of testing processes in an agile environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Testing, Testing, and Test Execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in designing, documenting, and maintaining Test Cases.
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Software Development to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Basic understanding of web applications, APIs, and QA methodologies, with familiarity in bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub Issues).
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to analyze problems, pay close attention to detail, and communicate findings clearly in written and spoken English.
- Comfort working remotely, managing time independently, and collaborating across distributed teams.
- Interest in AI, visual content tools, or SaaS platforms is beneficial.
