- Lead and manage software engineering teams, ensuring delivery of production-ready services and applications.
- Design and implement solutions using Go and Python, aligned to data integrity and quality requirements.
- Drive research and pilot initiatives for current technologies, including GenAI/LLM use cases.
- Oversee AWS infrastructure management and automation using Terraform and container platforms.
- Ensure operational excellence through observability practices and reliable CI/CD workflows.

Skills Required:

- 11+ years of relevant software engineering experience; 3+ years managing software engineering teams
- AWS (infrastructure and services)
- Go (Golang) for backend/service development
- Python for application and GenAI/LLM development
- CI/CD tooling experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift)

Good to Have:
- Agentic AI and AI agent development experience

Education: Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation
