ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a versatile Software Developer who can work across web development, computer vision/ML, and DevOps — someone who can build and ship a web application, train and integrate computer vision models into it, and deploy and manage the whole system on the cloud. This is a full-stack, cloud-first role, ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership across ML, web, and cloud infrastructure. Please note that this position requires full-time, in-office presence in Chennai; remote and hybrid arrangements are not available at this time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build, train, and fine-tune computer vision models — object detection, classification, and embeddings (including YOLO-based pipelines)

- Work across the full CV pipeline — data collection, preprocessing, annotation workflows, model training, evaluation, and deployment

- Design, build, and maintain web applications (frontend and backend) to serve computer vision–powered features

- Integrate CV/ML models into web applications via APIs and services

- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (compute, storage, and deployment services)

- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker) for both web and ML services

- Deploy and monitor CV models and applications in production, optimizing for accuracy, performance, and inference latency

- Build and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference





- Collaborate with the team on system design, code reviews, and documentation

- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong understanding of computer vision fundamentals — object detection, image classification, and experience with YOLO or similar frameworks

- Web development experience — frontend and backend (any modern stack, e.g. React/Node, Django/Flask)

- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, and general cloud deployment workflows)

- Proficiency in Python

- Familiarity with Docker and Linux environments

- Familiarity with Git/GitHub

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely across functions

- Leadership qualities, with the ability to take initiative and guide tasks or team members when needed

- Willingness to work full-time, in office from our office

- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to work across the full stack

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience with CV libraries beyond YOLO (OpenCV, detection/segmentation models)

- AWS certification (Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect Associate)

- Experience deploying full-stack or ML-integrated applications to production

- Prior startup or fast-paced team experience

- Bonus: exposure to PLC control systems or embedded microcontroller programming (e.g. Arduino, ESP32, STM32)

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
