? Role Overview
- Job Title: Software Developer (Ruby + Python)
- Experience Required: 2.5 to 4 Years ( Strictly No Freshers )
- Work Location: Mumbai (100% In office / Mandatory)
- Compensation: ₹5.0 – ₹7.0 LPA (Based on experience)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Max 30 Days)
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA (Computer Science / IT preferred)
- Interview Process:
- Rounds 1 & 2: Virtual / Online Technical Assessments ?️
- Final Round: Face-to-Face Interview at Mumbai Office ? (Mandatory for final selection)

?️ Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Ruby (Rails) and Python frameworks.
- API Integration:



Build scalable REST APIs and integrate them seamlessly with dynamic, JS-based frontend applications.
- Architecture & Best Practices: Collaborate on application architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices. Maintain high coding standards through active code reviews.
- DevOps & Cloud: Participate in deployment processes, automated CI/CD pipelines, and basic cloud setups.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and support junior developers while confidently interacting with internal teams and stakeholders.

? Mandatory Technical Skills
- Backend: Solid commercial experience with Ruby on Rails AND Python .
- Frontend: Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks ( React, Vue.js, or Angular ).
- Database: Strong proficiency in MySQL or PostgreSQL .
- APIs: Expert knowledge of JSON and REST API development.
- DevOps & Tools: Git, Linux environment, and working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines .
- Cloud: Basic understanding of AWS ecosystem (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
