Artisaga is a B2B wholesale design and sourcing platform that enables retailers globally to source ethically made Handicraft and Handloom products from artisans of India.

Our platform enables retailers to connect with Indian artisans to “design and source directly”. We enable Indian artisans to sell wholesale in the International market.

About the role

We are looking for a creative mind to showcase Indian craftsmanship to the world. The candidate is required to support in end-to-end design, sample development process and production of the Home Furnishing and Pottery tableware range using Indian craft techniques of weaving, block printing & pottery. You will need to deeply immerse in the entire design, sample and production process of the orders by designing the range, understanding the buyers’ requirements and communicating with on-ground artisans to understand the technical possibility and get the samples and orders executed.

You will be working closely with Designer, Ishali Pande to lead the design and production process initiative with the following activities:

- Research on trends in the U.S, U.K., Australia, Canada and European markets for Home Furnishing
- Identify recent craft techniques seasonally in weaving & pottery material and decide on raw materials for the collection




- Develop a collection plan with a complete line sheet and spec sheet digitally seasonally
- Communicating with artisans to execute the samples (Should be fluent in speaking Hindi)
- Supporting in soft-launch, costing and marketing collaterals with the marketing team
- Designing collections as per buyers’ requirements and managing sampling and production for the orders.
- This is a full-time employment opportunity. We are looking for someone passionate about taking Indian craftsmanship to the global market and building a start-up.

Qualification

- Textile graduates with experience of 1-2 years in Textile/Product/ Fashion design.
- Preference will be given to the candidate, a craft enthusiast with previous experience/ project with Indian crafts.

Salary

- Package of Two Lakh Fourty thousand Rupees (2,40,000)/annum.

Location

- Office: Thane (Sept 2026 - Feb 2027), Marine Lines (Feb 2027 onwards).

Joining

Between Sept 2026 - Oct 2026

Preference will be given to candidates from Mumbai & Suburbs. (The candidate will have to relocate to Mumbai to take this opportunity)
