About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Monitoring Executive to monitor social media activities, identify issues, coordinate with the concerned teams, and ensure timely resolution.

The role requires strong follow-up, coordination, reporting, and attention to detail to ensure that identified issues are properly tracked and resolved.

Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Monitoring

- Monitor assigned social media platforms and identify issues, errors, or irregularities.
- Track comments, complaints,



technical issues, broken links, and other relevant concerns.
- Record identified issues with proper details and supporting information.

2. Issue Coordination & Resolution

- Report identified issues to the concerned Social Media/Technical Team .

- Follow up with the concerned team until the issue is resolved.
- Verify the status and confirm resolution after corrective action.
- Escalate critical or long-pending issues to the reporting manager.

3. Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain daily records of identified issues and their status.
- Track pending, resolved, and escalated issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports.
- Maintain accurate records in MS Excel/Google Sheets .

- Highlight recurring or major issues to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms .

- Basic understanding of websites and software applications.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and issue-tracking abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets .

- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify, document, and report issues clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple issues and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Proactive and responsible approach to work.
