Responsibilities
- Proficiency in managing and creating content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in using Canva or similar design tools for visual content creation.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in social media promotion or digital marketing.
Additional Skills Required
- Community management and active audience engagement.
- Understanding of how content performs and trends across various social media platforms.
- Ability to optimize content and leverage technology for reach and engagement.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Build and maintain a list of relevant individuals, influencers, and communities for outreach.
- Review, schedule, and post content consistently on a daily basis.
- Respond promptly and professionally to potential leads and DMs.
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports to measure success and identify improvement areas.
