We’re Hiring: Social Media Marketing Executive

About The Green Hype The Green Hype is a Jaipur-based creative agency and production house working across social media, branding, campaigns, ad films and social-media-first filmmaking.

We’re looking for someone who understands that social media is not just about posting content.

You’ll be involved in the complete content process — from understanding brands and finding ideas to writing concepts, planning content, participating in shoots and helping turn ideas into finished films and social media campaigns.

What You’ll Do • Manage social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube

- Build monthly content calendars and execution plans
- Research trends, formats, references and content opportunities
- Ideate Reels, Shorts, carousels, stories and campaign ideas
- Write social media copy, hooks, captions and basic video concepts
- Participate in brainstorming, ideation and scripting sessions
- Work closely with the creative and production teams during shoots
- Be involved in filmmaking processes including pre-production, shoot planning and content execution
- Coordinate with designers, editors, cinematographers and the production team
- Handle posting,



scheduling and day-to-day social media management
- Track content performance, analytics and engagement
- Maintain the tone, communication and visual consistency of brands

What We’re Looking For • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and short-form content

- Valuable content ideation and writing ability
- Understanding of trends, Reels and internet culture
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of Canva and social media tools
- Interest in filmmaking, advertising, storytelling and content production

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Someone who wants to learn beyond social media management and actively participate in the creative process

⚠️ You must have your own laptop/working device. This is mandatory for the role.

You’ll work directly with our creative, social media, design, editing and production teams, giving you exposure to both digital marketing and filmmaking.
