MeridianSquare.Global is building CubeSquare, our Digital Property Infrastructure™ platform for regulated real-estate tokenization.

We are looking for a Frontend Developer(s) — React/TypeScript to build CubeSquare's investor-facing web application.

n

n

You will work closely with our UI Designer and Lead Full Stack Engineer to turn approved Figma designs into high-quality, responsive production applications using React, TypeScript, Vite and Bootstrap 5 .

A core principle of our frontend architecture is that design and production share one centrally governed Bootstrap theme/design-token system .

n

n

We don't want Figma, CSS and production code gradually becoming three different design systems.

What You'll Do n

n
- Build CubeSquare using React, Vite and TypeScript
n
- Implement:
n
- Registration and login
n
- Investor onboarding
n
- KYC flows
n
- Property listings
n
- Property detail pages
n
- Investment/purchase flows
n
- Investor portfolio
n
- Wallet
n
- Transaction history
n
- Marketplace
n
- Administrative interfaces
n
- Convert approved Figma designs into high-fidelity production interfaces
n
- Build reusable React components rather than page-specific implementations
n
- Maintain the centrally governed Bootstrap 5 theme/design-token system
n
- Ensure global design changes are made at the theme/token level rather than manually across individual components
n
- Work directly with the UI Designer when new components or design patterns are required
n
- Build responsive desktop, tablet and mobile experiences
n
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs
n
- Implement complex forms, validation and multi-step workflows
n
- Handle loading, empty, error, success and permission states correctly
n
- Use TanStack Query for server-state/data fetching and Zustand for appropriate client-side state

- Optimize Core Web Vitals, rendering, bundle size and network usage
n
- Implement authentication and role-based UI states securely
n
- Write unit and integration tests for key components and workflows
n
- Participate in code and design reviews

Required Qualifications nn
- 3–6 years of professional frontend development experience
n
- Strong production experience with React
n
- Strong TypeScript skills
n
- Strong HTML/CSS fundamentals
n
- Experience with Bootstrap 5 or a comparable governed design system
n
- Experience with Sass variables, CSS custom properties and/or design tokens
n
- Demonstrated experience converting Figma designs into production applications
n
- Experience building reusable React component libraries
n
- Experience consuming REST APIs
n
- Experience with responsive/mobile-first applications
n
- Experience implementing complex forms and validation
n
- Experience with authentication and role-based UI states
n
- Git-based development experience

Important Design-System Requirement n

We are specifically looking for a developer who understands that scalable frontend development requires one governed visual system shared between design and engineering .

If your normal approach is to create custom CSS for every page, override components locally, or introduce new UI frameworks independently, this role is probably not the right fit.
