About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Analog Design Lead – Mixed-Signal SoC | BLE & UWB Connectivity
to join the
Central Analog Team
within
Texas Instruments' Embedded Processors Business Unit (EP BU).
You will lead the
architecture, design, verification, and SoC integration
of critical analog and mixed-signal IP blocks embedded into cutting-edge
Connectivity SoCs
— including
BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy)
and
UWB (Ultra-Wideband)
based products targeting
automotive, industrial, and medical
applications.
This is a
principal-level, high-ownership leadership role
where you will directly influence product differentiation,
mentor design engineers, and drive decisions with wide business impact across multiple products and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
architecture definition, circuit design, schematic, layout, verification, and SoC integration
of analog/mixed-signal IP blocks
Own the design of one or more analog IPs including:
ADC, DAC, PLL, PGA, Filters
Crystal Oscillators, Temperature Sensors
LDO, Bandgap Reference, DC-DC Converters, Comparators
Lead
circuit block spec definition, top-level simulations , and
design for test (DFT)
Drive
design verification (DV) flows
and engage with DV tools and methodologies
Provide
full chip-level leadership
— from block spec to silicon sign-off
Mentor and manage
design engineers and interns — grow their careers and technical capabilities
Build and maintain
robust cross-functional relationships
with Architecture, DV, Test, Layout, Fab, and Packaging teams
