Job Title: Engineering and Non- IT Recruiter Experience: 3–8 Years Location: Noida (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles including: Data Center Technicians Field Technicians Safety/Construction Managers (OSHA-related roles) Legal Assistants and Paralegals Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking Screen resumes Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process Negotiate offers and manage onboarding coordination Required Skills: Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment Solid sourcing and screening skills for technical (non-IT) and legal roles Familiarity with job portals like Monster, LinkedIn Good understanding of construction, safety (OSHA), and legal roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Thanks and Regards, Beauty Rani | Corporate HR Delta System & Software, Inc.
