nWe are looking for an experienced Proposal Writer with robust knowledge of US and Canadian RFP/proposal processes, particularly within the recruitment/staffing industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable reviewing complex RFPs, developing compliant responses, preparing pricing and budgets, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality proposals within strict deadlines.

nKey Responsibilities

- Review and analyze US and Canadian RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, ITBs, and government solicitations.n
- Develop complete and compliant proposal responses based on RFP requirements.n
- Demonstrate working knowledge of SAM.gov and US government contracting opportunities.n
- Research and identify relevant opportunities through SAM.gov and other procurement portals.n
- Review Canada RFPs, including federal, provincial, municipal, healthcare, and public-sector procurement opportunities.n
- Prepare technical, management, staffing,



and corporate experience sections of proposals.n
- Develop executive summaries, cover letters, capability statements, compliance matrices, and questionnaires.n
- Work closely with recruiting, business development, finance, and management teams to gather proposal information.n
- Understand the recruitment/staffing industry, including staffing models, contract staffing, direct hire, healthcare staffing, IT staffing, and professional services.n
- Assist with budgeting, pricing, cost analysis, and bill-rate calculations for RFP responses.n
- Understand the relationship between pay rate, burden, markup, bill rate, gross margin, overhead, and profit.n
- Prepare pricing schedules and ensure pricing is aligned with RFP requirements and internal profitability targets.n
