Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP HCM solutions using ABAP.
- Work on RICEF objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Develop HR-specific reports using logical databases such as PNP, PNPCE, and PAP .
- Create ALV, classical, interactive, and executable reports.
- Develop and maintain interfaces using IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, Web Services, XML, and OData , where applicable.
- Work on enhancements using BADIs, user exits, customer exits, enhancement points, and implicit enhancements .
- Develop and support HR forms using Smart Forms, SAPscript, Adobe Forms, or HR Forms .
- Work on data uploads and conversions using BDC, LSMW, BAPIs, and standard SAP programs.
- Support ABAP development related to PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll .
- Develop and maintain payroll-related custom objects, payroll reports, interfaces, and schema/PCR-related technical requirements.
- Analyse business and functional requirements and prepare technical specifications.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing,



and defect resolution.
- Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
- Debug standard and custom SAP programs, user exits, BADIs, workflows, and interfaces.
- Coordinate with SAP functional consultants, integration teams, vendors, and business users.
- Prepare technical documentation, test evidence, deployment notes, and knowledge-transfer documents.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, enhancement, and AMS/support projects.

Required Technical Skills
- 3–7 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP , preferably with SAP HCM/HR.
- Solid knowledge of ABAP programming and the ABAP Workbench.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Reports and ALV
- ABAP Objects and Object-Oriented ABAP
- BAPIs, RFCs, and function modules
- BDC and data migration techniques
- Enhancements, BADIs, exits, and enhancement points
- IDocs and integration interfaces
