About the RolenBroadwings is looking for a Senior Telemarketing & Operations Executive who can take ownership of outbound calling, lead management, client follow-ups, and day-to-day sales operations.
nThe ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with prospective clients, organized with data and follow-ups, target-oriented, and capable of independently managing the telemarketing process from lead generation to appointment coordination and reporting.

Key Responsibilitiesn

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing leads to generate and qualify business opportunities.n
- Understand client requirements and communicate Broadwings' services professionally.n
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy lead pipeline.n
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings/consultations with the relevant team.n
- Maintain and update lead databases, call records, follow-ups,



and status reports in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.n
- Take ownership of daily telemarketing operations and ensure timely follow-ups.n
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation performance.n
- Prepare regular reports on calls made, leads generated, meetings scheduled, conversions, and pending follow-ups.n
- Coordinate with the sales/RM team for smooth lead handover and closure.n
- Handle basic client queries and ensure a skilled customer experience.n
- Identify gaps in the calling process and suggest ways to improve lead conversion and follow-up efficiency.n
- Support and guide junior telecalling team members, wherever required.n
- Ensure disciplined execution of the calling process and achievement of assigned targets.n

Requirementsn
- n
- 2–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, client acquisition, or a similar role.n
- Only Bangalore-based candidates will be considered.
