Senior Textile Designer

to lead creative direction and manage end-to-end design projects for global markets. This is a leadership role requiring solid design sensibility, team management, and buyer coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the

complete design & development lifecycle
Mentor, guide, and delegate

tasks to the design team effectively
Plan and execute

showroom presentations, trade fairs, and displays
Oversee

product profiling and photoshoots
Collaborate closely with

overseas buyers and suppliers
Ensure alignment of design concepts with buyer requirements and market trends
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Hands-on experience with export house design processes
Confident in buyer communication and presentation
Creative, organized, and commercially aware
