will be responsible for developing and maintaining industry partnerships to facilitate student placements and internships. The role involves planning and executing placement strategies, coordinating with academic departments, preparing students for recruitment, and ensuring high-quality engagement with recruiters. A robust background in maintaining good relations with Corporate clients is essential.
Job Responsibilities :
Develop strategic relationships with corporates, startups, and organizations for internships and final placements.
Manage end-to-end campus placement activities including employer outreach, scheduling interviews, pre-placement talks, and offer follow-ups.
Coordinate with academic departments to align placement activities with curriculum outcomes.
Guide students on career planning, resume writing, interview skills, and professional etiquette.
Conduct and coordinate training workshops, mock interviews, and skill
