Key Responsibilities
Export Market Development
Formulate and execute strategies to expand sales in

international markets

(USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific).
Identify, develop, and manage global distributors, importers, and direct clients.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking for positioning.
International Client Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with overseas customers.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and supply agreements.
Ensure excellent customer service to enhance brand credibility.
Export Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all

export documentation, legal, and regulatory requirements .
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipments at optimum costs.
Manage LCs, payment terms, and international banking transactions.
Marketing & Brand Building




Represent the company in

international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meets .
Support digital and traditional marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence overseas.
Collaborate with R&D; and production for customized products for regional markets.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, guide, and motivate the export sales team to achieve global revenue goals.
Monitor performance country-wise and develop region-specific action plans.
Prepare annual sales budgets, targets, and business expansion strategies.
Reporting & MIS
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and business intelligence for global markets.
Provide periodic updates and insights to senior management.

Skills & Competencies
In-depth understanding of

international trade and export processes

in Quartz / Building Materials.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural relationship management skills.
