Role Overview
We are seeking a young and agile Project

Manager

to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple

Dynamics 365 CRM

and

non CRM

portfolios, driving excellence in execution, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The ideal candidate brings a consulting mindset, strong delivery governance, and a proven ability to balance strategy with execution — having led implementations for at least 1

large enterprises

or 3

mid-scale/startup organizations .
Key Responsibilities
Lead

end-to-end delivery

for multiple Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects across diverse geographies and industries.
Drive

project governance , ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with scope, quality, and compliance parameters.
Manage

multi-project portfolios , balancing customer priorities, delivery milestones, and team bandwidth.
Provide

strategic direction

to project managers, technical leads,



and consultants — ensuring best practices and standardized frameworks are followed.
Serve as

primary client interface , owning stakeholder communication, risk management, and escalation handling.
Partner with presales and account management teams to support

solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal reviews.
Drive

team capability building

across Power Platform, Azure, and Dynamics ecosystem; foster cross-functional collaboration.
Leverage experience from both

enterprise-scale transformations

and

agile, fast-paced environments

to shape adaptive delivery models.
Establish and monitor

KPIs for delivery excellence , customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), and profitability.
Champion

continuous improvement

— retrospectives, automation, and reusable asset creation within the practice.
Required Skills & Experience

in Dynamics 365 CRM / CE project management,
