Job Description
We are looking for a Senior SAP BRIM Functional Consultant with robust hands-on experience in SAP BRIM across Subscription Billing, Convergent Invoicing, Revenue Recognition (RAR), and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. This role is BRIM-first and suited for consultants who have owned BRIM solution design, configuration, testing, and integrations in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
nKey Responsibilities
nOwn end-to-end SAP BRIM functional design for New Business, Renewals, Upsells, Amendments, and Cancellations
nConfigure and support SAP BRIM modules including SOM, CI, and FI-CA
nWork with SAP RAR for revenue recognition and ASC 606 compliance use cases
nTranslate business requirements into BRIM functional designs and configurations
nLead unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production validation
nPartner with technical teams on SAP S/4HANA–BRIM and BRIM–EMS integrations
nPerform defect analysis, RCA, and solutioning in BRIM landscapes
nAct as BRIM functional SME for business, finance, and engineering stakeholders
nMust-Have Skills




nStrong hands-on SAP BRIM experience (mandatory)
nDeep understanding of subscription-based OTC processes
n8+ years of SAP Functional / Business Analyst experience
nExperience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA integrated with SAP BRIM
nExpertise in subscription lifecycle, billing plans, contract management, and collections
nGood-to-Have Skills
nSAP RAR experience
nASC 606 revenue compliance exposure
nSaaS or subscription industry experience
nGlobal rollout or multi-entity implementation experience
nAgile delivery experience
nSoft Skills
nStrong communication skills across business and technical teams
nAbility to independently own BRIM functional decisions
nSelf-driven with strong attention to detail
nAbility to explain complex BRIM flows in business-friendly language
nEducation & Certifications
nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
