scalability and performance.Enhance core capabilities in LOB areas such as Billing, CRM.Assist in overall performance improvements, advanced optimizations.WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)What should you have?Experienced Back End Developer.Proven Java experience with Spring Boot framework.Proven experience with Micro-Services Architecture.Proven experience in SaaS multitenant high throughput systems.Proficient in OOD (Object Oriented Design).Proven experience with a rational Database (MySQL/Postgres, etc.)Experience with Docker.Gen-AI, langgraph & langchainTeam player with extensive experience working in teams.ResponsibilitiesTrack timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple R&D; projectsFacilitate meetings, status updates, and decision-making processes for cross-functional teamsCreate and maintain dashboards and visual reports (e.g., Jira, Excel, Power BI) to provide up-to-date visibility on project health and KPIsEnsure consistent project documentation and data hygieneFlag delays or blockers and support mitigation effortsCollaborate with R&D; Team Leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to gather updates and align prioritiesSupport process improvements and standardization within the R&D; Operations teamWHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)Requirements5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech/R&D; environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHands-on experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)Proficiency with dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Looker)Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholdersSelf-driven, structured, and dependableFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesNice to HaveBackground or experience in software development or engineering environmentsExperience working in or supporting SaaS companies
