Job Description Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll (Functional) Senior Consultant Location: Bengaluru (Remote) Job Type: Contract Experience: 5–10 Years Shift: Night Shift – Mandatory Job Description We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll (Functional) Senior Consultant with robust hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll, including payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, testing, validation, and production support. Key Responsibilities & Requirements - Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll. - Solid understanding of US Federal, State, and Local Payroll regulations. - Hands-on experience with Earnings. - Strong knowledge of Deductions. - Experience with Tax Configuration. - Experience with Payroll Costing. - Strong understanding of Payroll Elements. - Experience with Payroll Validation & Reconciliation. - Strong experience in writing and configuring Fast Formulas is mandatory.



- Ability to support payroll calculations. - Experience handling retro pay. - Experience supporting year-end payroll activities. - Experience in testing and functional validation. - Strong experience in production support and issue resolution. - Experience working with integrated Oracle HCM modules, including: o Core HR o Time & Labor o Benefits - Ability to work with business stakeholders and support end-to-end payroll functional activities. - Oracle Payroll Certification is an added advantage.
