NWork Schedule for All Roles: 3:00 PM IST – 12:00 AM IST (4:30 AM EST – 1:00 PM EST) NLocation: Ahmedabad, India NAudit Manager (Future Opportunities) NExperience Level: Manager NOverviewnThe Audit Managerleads multiple U.S. audit engagements while managing offshore teams. This role is responsible for engagement planning, technical review, quality assurance, and coordination with U.S.-based partners and managers. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, including risk assessment and internal control evaluation N Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and disclosures for accuracy and compliance N Manage client timelines, deliverables, and communications N Supervise and mentor supervisors, seniors,



and associates N Resolve complex accountingand auditing issues N Ensure audit documentationmeets professional and regulatory standards N Drive continuous improvement and adoption of audit tools and technologies N Team Leadership & People Management N Coach and develop offshoreaudit teams supporting U.S. engagements N Conduct performance evaluations and workforce planning N Identify training needsanduphold quality standards N Maintain team morale and utilization during peak periods NnQualificationsn N 10+ years of audit experience in a public accounting firm preferred N CA/CPA preferred but not required N Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB, and AICPA standards N Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills N Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications NnBenefits & Perks Nn Comprehensive Health Insurance covering you, your dependents, and parents.
