SafeCloak is a smart digital locker solutions company focused on providing secure, convenient, and technology-driven storage solutions. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to manage and grow our social media presence and support various digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage SafeCloak's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging social media content related to SafeCloak, its products, services, and company updates.
- Plan and maintain a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
- Design creative posts, reels, stories, carousels, and other social media content.
- Write engaging captions, post descriptions, and promotional content.
- Research current social media trends, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to the company.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic analytics/reports.
- Support LinkedIn page growth through regular and relevant content.
- Coordinate with the internal team to collect information, photos, videos, and updates for social media content.
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support website content updates and basic digital marketing activities when required.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Maintain consistent SafeCloak branding across all social media platforms.

Required Skills




- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar designing tools.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
- Positive knowledge of English grammar and content writing.
- Ability to research trends and create relevant content.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience managing social media pages or creating digital content will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong creativity and interest in digital marketing are welcome to apply.
