Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote IKW Designs’ collections and brand values. Daily tasks include managing social media calendars, producing posts and stories, coordinating photoshoots with the creative team, and monitoring trends relevant to fashion and lifestyle.

The specialist will track performance metrics, run social media campaigns, collaborate with the marketing team on digital promotions, and respond to audience interactions and inquiries.



The role also involves working closely with design, sales, and customer support teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support key product launches.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience running campaigns and analyzing performance.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including planning calendars and developing platform-specific content.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging copy and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with fashion or lifestyle brands, including an understanding of fast-fashion trends and audience preferences.
- Experience with social media management tools and basic analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of graphic design or basic photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is an advantage.
