Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support Grittytech’s online presence by assisting in the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, creating basic visual content, scheduling updates, and monitoring engagement to help build brand awareness and community interaction. The intern will also assist in running campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing and academic teams to highlight programs, learner achievements, and events.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad,



requiring consistent coordination with team members and participation in internal meetings. The intern will gain hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing while contributing to Grittytech’s mission of supporting learners.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Social Media Marketing activities, including platform management and campaign support.
- Skills in Social Media Content Creation, such as writing engaging posts and assisting with basic visual or multimedia content.
- Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including audience targeting and brand positioning.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Interest in education and learning-focused content; prior experience in an educational or training environment is an advantage.
- Basic familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram insights, or similar) is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage time effectively in a full-time internship setting.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.

Stipend: ₹10,000/month
